RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Due to the nature of our personalized work, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. This includes digital items. We take all precautions in packaging our items as safely as possible. We also have no control over shipping once the package leaves our business. If something arrives damaged, we waive all responsibility.
